Ever wonder why.....
certain teams work well and others don't.
You get a feeling but just can't put your finger on it?
In this presentation, we will discuss the qualities of great teams using "sociometric" data from a study performed by MITs Human Dynamics Laboratory.  Sociometry is a quantitative method for measuring social relationships.  The study included the use of sociometeric badges worn by individuals that measured & provided mapping of social networks, team interactions, body language, frequency & types of team communication.
We will discuss the study conclusions of:
  • Successful team characteristics
  • Key Elements of Communication
  • Using data to change individuals behavior to drive better team performance
